Position: Software Development Lead

(Project Role: Software Development Associate Manager)

About the Role

This role at Accenture’s Pune office involves leading software system development and configuration throughout the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for leveraging your SAP Basis Administration expertise and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality results for clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Basis-related projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical decisions.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot SAP system issues and offer optimized solutions.
• Engage across multiple teams and ensure delivery of scalable solutions.

• Proficiency in SAP system performance tuning and monitoring.

Requirements

• Education: 16 years of full-time formal education.
